Wandelino is original, playful, colorful and extravagant. Wandelino cares for nature and brings us many high-quality and exceptional products inspired by Iceland. Its mission is to make dark winter days more pleasant, to make any room cozier, to bring a drop of luxury to any interior, to brighten up children’s beds and to bring a story on a pillow directly to their duvets. That is Wandelino.
What materials do we use?
We place great emphasis on the selection of quality materials. For the collection of pillow covers, we have chosen the best possible material on the market for sewing bed linen – organic 100% satin cotton with GOTS + OEKO-TEX® certification. In addition, satin fibers give the fabric a luxurious, subtle shine.
We transfer the motifs to the fabric using ecological printing, which helps to take care of nature and makes the fabric suitable for allergy sufferers. In addition, it allows us to achieve very sharp details and vivid colors, which also have excellent light fastness.
Care instructions
Since we work with gentle natural materials, special emphasis must be placed on their care. To keep the cover looking new for as long as possible, the following instructions must be followed. Recommended washing temperature up to 40°C using the delicate fabric program. Spin cycle at max. 400 rpm. Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry or in direct sunlight and dry flat on a towel if possible. Iron inside out at 150-180°C with cotton setting.

We have two sizes of pillow covers – 40×40 cm 40×60 cm. So you can choose which size is more suitable for you.

We also offer anti-allergic pillow for pillow covers. All of them are with Oeko-tex certificate, stitched and pleasantly soft.
What is the story behind pillow covers ?
Each pillow cover has its own story and was inspired by a real moment or magical place. A year’s stay in Norway and the 4th year spent in Iceland will always bring you a great deal of inspiration. Traveling gives you joy, energy to create new things and most importantly, as we artists call it – a muse. And that’s how it all started – first in a sketchbook.
And now I have the honor to present you with a soft, luxurious, extravagantly colorful and very diverse collection of pillowcases that you won’t find anywhere else. And you ask why? Because I drew and designed each fabric design for you myself. And also thanks to a great collaboration, we printed the patterns on the fabric and then, with our wonderful seamstress, sewed many covers – one by one – with care and love. So whether you are looking for a dominant luxurious design for a sofa cushion or a cute colorful cushion with a story for the children’s room, I can assure you that you will find it here!

A collection showing in artistic way moments of everyday life in Iceland. Illustration are first painted by acrylic colours on paper then printed in high quality on cotton. All those designs literally coming straight from the sketchbook, it is no suprise that some of them are full of humor or story behind them.

This Christmas collection was inspired by Iceland’s snowy boat harbors, villages and the fairytale atmosphere that prevails in the town during the winter. All pillow covers motifs are fairytale and suitable for both younger and older lovers of Iceland. Available all year round.
